1/2cChopped liver, duck prefered
  Chicken or beef may be
  Substituted
2 Eggs
1tbOnion
1/2clGarlic
  Pinch of marjoram
1tbMelted butter
  Salt & pepper to taste

Mix and form into balls; drop into boiling broth, and cook 10 or 15 minutes.
